Community Living BC has been recognized as one of B.C.’s Top Employers in 2023. This designation recognizes the employers in British Columbia that lead their industries in offering exceptional places to work.

Employees are attracted to CLBC because of the opportunity to make a difference by supporting individuals to have lives with connection in communities of belonging.

CLBC was evaluated by the editors of Canada’s Top 100 Employers using criteria such as work atmosphere, health and wellness initiatives, training and skills development, and community involvement. Employers are compared to other organizations to determine which offers the most progressive and forward-thinking programs. Winners of the Top Employer Awards have been announced in a special publication here as well as in the Vancouver Sun newspaper.

CLBC is committed to continue improving how we support staff in providing exceptional service to individuals and families we serve. We are humbled by this award and grateful for the opportunity to continue supporting inclusion in communities across B.C.
