Recipe for month of August
Paula Deen’s Bow-Tie Pasta Salad
A light summer pasta dish sure to compliment any meal, courtesy of this Food Network star!
Yield: 7 servings
- 12 oz. package bow-tie pasta
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper
- ½ c. chopped onion
- ½ c. Finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 c. chopped marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 c. Italian salad dressing
- Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain well.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta and remaining ingredients; toss gently.
- Cover and chill, tossing occasionally. Serve cold or at room temperature.
