Paula Deen’s Bow-Tie Pasta Salad


A light summer pasta dish sure to compliment any meal, courtesy of this Food Network star!

  • 12 oz. package bow-tie pasta
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper
  • ½ c. chopped onion
  • ½ c. Finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 c. chopped marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. Italian salad dressing


  1. Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain well.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta and remaining ingredients; toss gently.
  3. Cover and chill, tossing occasionally. Serve cold or at room temperature.
